Cancellation & Refund Policy

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

  • Cancellation with a refund (less a USD 50 processing fee levied) shall be processed, provided with a written notification is received by 15th June 2020.
  • Refund request must be submitted in writing via email, fax or postal mail to the following address:

  • No cancellation refund request will be entertained after 15th June 2020.
  • Please take NOTE that cancelling the registration is for the conference only and withdrawing participants are responsible for canceling own hotel, travel reservation and other arrangements.
  • AsiaFlux 2020 takes no responsibility for any damages, cost or losses associated with the cancellation.

SUBSTITUTION POLICY

Substitution by another participant is only allowed with the written permission of the registered participant.
  • Written requests for a substitutions will only be considered through written request via email before 15th June 2020 to asiaflux2020@gmail.com
  • ONLY one (1) substitution per original participant is allowed.
